To complete a Cuddle Fish order online please use our online order system.

Payment and returns policy

  1. Goods will be dispatched within 2/3 days from receipt of payment using Australia Post. Deliveries within Australia take approximately 2 working days.
  2. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received.
  3. A postage charge of AUD$5.00 applies to goods sent within Australia.
  4. A postage charge of AUD$20.00 applies to goods outside of Australia. International Deliveries take approximately 10 working days.
  5. Express Post delivery charge of AUD$10.00 applies to goods sent within Australia.
  6. Returns: All faulty goods must be returned within 14 days and must not be worn. Please include your name, receipt number and reason for the return. For exchanges please include a self addressed Express Post Pack. We do not accept returns on sale items.
  7. Feedback: We LOVE feedback, good or bad. If you have any comments regarding sizing, design, fit etc. then please e-mail us through our contact form.
